1. Sign completed Request for Reservation and Offer to Purchase 
2. Sign duly accomplished  Buyer’s Information Sheet
3. Submit a copy of at least one (1) Valid Identification Card  
4. Accomplish Specimen Signature Form 
5. Pay respective reservation fee/s thru cash, check, credit card or wire transfer (if abroad)
